Karuna Reiki is an advanced form of energy healing developed by William Lee Rand and the International Center for Reiki Training. EFT is the tapping therapy that involves tapping on the energy meridians to release negative emotions such as phobias, anxiety, grief, anger, relationship issues etc. Physical problems too can also have an emotional cause, and are often helped by EFT.
Crystal Therapy also works on the energy system. The energy of the crystals interact with our own energy and clear blockages, balance the chakras and bring about beneficial changes. The different crystals all interact with us in different ways, so the correct crystals are chosen according to the needs of the client at that particular time.
